Possible Categories for Timeline

Decide what categories the events in your timeline would fall under. You need at least 3 events per category. Here are some examples of categories, but you can create your own. When you finish you can add your Categories in Timeliner:

  • Early Life
  • Struggles/Challenges
  • Work
  • Schooling
  • Family
  • Important People
  • Contributions

Preparing to Share

Getting Ready to Share Our Learning

  • Work with your partner to decide on the most interesting thing you learned about your person.
  • Work with your partner to decide why your person is important and what contributions they made.
  • Record your thinking on your notecard so that you are ready to share your learning with the group.
